I know fuel pressure is a constant subject on the board and was wondering what people have found and done to lower their fuel pressures below the 40-50psi range esp. w/ the JR FPR. Is it true as well that the B&M is not a real help as far as reaching a goal of lower fuel pressures? Lets make this thread very knowledgable! Thanks!

Fuel Pump: Walbro GSS-342, HO 255lph

With only a Cartech 20005 (no stock FPR), fuel pressure can be lowered to 25psi, but is sticky between 25psi and 35psi.

With only an AEM FPR (with biggest outlet - no stock FPR), fuel pressure can be lowered to 20psi. Fuel pressure modulates smoothly and regularly.

With both AEM and Cartech, fuel pressure is like with just the cartech. The AEM may not be needed if I can get the Cartech 20005 to do what I want.

Here is a test we did on a stock 2000 Civic Si fuel pump. At 40 psi it is capable of supplying enough fuel for 375 flywheel horsepower.
